Alloy Steel Pipe Fittings Suppliers in India

We as a Metalfed Engineering is a well-known supplier, manufacturer and distributor of Alloy Steel Pipe Fittings, which is essentially non-magnetic when annealed. Manufacture of parts that require strength and require moderate drawing or forming. Alloy Steel A234 WP12 Short Radius Elbow Pipe Fittings is generally considered to be weldable by common melting and resistance techniques. Its susceptibility to carbide precipitation during welding limits its use in many applications in favor of other alloys.

Despite achieving such high strengths, the residual ductility of this Alloy Steel WP9 Pipe Fittings can cause severe cold working. Common fusion and resistance welding is suitable for this Alloy Steel A234 WP9 45-Degree Elbow Pipe Fittings because special care is sometimes required during welding to prevent hot cracks.

Alloy Steel A234 WP11 90-Degree Elbow Pipe Fittings hardens at high speed and produces very high strength through cold rolling and rolling. Also, the metal hardening process makes this Alloy Steel A234 WP11 Long Radius Elbow Pipe Fittings more durable in terms of high temperatures. Sometimes the process of forming.

A Specialized Manufacturer of ASTM A234 Gr WP9 Pipe Elbow, Alloy Steel WP1 Tee, Alloy Steel WP5 Cross, Chrome Moly Bends, ASME B16.9 Alloy Steel Fittings, Reducer, Stub Ends, ASTM A234 WP11 End Caps, Collar, Pipe Nipple in all Dimensions and Sizes.

Alloy Steel A234 WP22 Concentric Reducer Pipe Fittings enables higher tensile strengths through rolling in company of less loss of ductility. Alloy Steel A234 WP91 Eccentric Reducer Pipe Fittings can be partially transformed into martensitic by such work hardening forming processes. It cannot be hardened by heat treatment.

Alloy Steel Fitting Dimensions and Tolerances MSS SP-43

The tolerances and dimensions defined in MSS SP-43 are substantially the same as defined in ASME/ANSI specifications (½ to 24 in). MSS SP-43 only covers buttweld fittings made for use with Schedule 10S and 5S pipe as defined in ANSI/ASME B36.19M also it covers short pattern stub ends suitable for use with Schedule 40S pipe.

  • MSS SP-43 tolerances are the same as for ASME/ANSI B16.9 and B16.28 except with regard to the outside diameter at the bevel:
  • Tolerance of OD at Bevel =
  • ± 0.03 in for NPS ½ to 4
  • +0.06, -0.03 in for NPS 5 to 8
  • +0.09, -0.03 in for NPS 10 to 18
  • +0.12, to -0.03 in for NPS 20 to 24
