Threaded 90 Degree Elbow Suppliers in India

We as Metalfed Engineering are a standard manufacturer and supplier of Threaded 90 Degree Elbow , which is easy to machine and forms a brittle chip. However, this is not recommended as it is sensitive to carbide precipitation when used continuously at 425°C – 860°C. Meanwhile, hot bending for these Stainless Steel Threaded Elbow Fittings should be done at 950°C – 1100°C followed by an anneal to restore optimal corrosion resistance. It also offers high heat resistance up to 1600 degrees F. Additionally, other elements such as nickel, nitrogen and molybdenum can be added to these fittings to further improve corrosion resistance. ASME B16.11 Threaded 90 Degree Elbow is used in nuts and bolts, aircraft gears and accessories, bushings, etc.

Like other austenitic grades, 90 Degree Threaded Elbow Fittings has excellent toughness, although sulphur also reduces it somewhat. It is not recommended for welding as high sulfur content can cause hot cracking. Good resistance to slightly corrosive atmospheres, but significantly lower than with the addition of sulphur, where sulphide inclusions also act as initiation sites. Nickel Alloy Forged Threaded 90 Degree Elbow Fittings is subject to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride containing environments above 60 degrees C. Carbon Steel Forged Threaded 90 Degree Elbow Fittings has very limited cold bending properties and is not generally recommended. The molybdenum in these fittings is a transition metal and has high resistance to corrosion.
